Irene Koraly Falkowski, born April 17, 1929, passed away on March 16, 2014, peacefully with her family at home after a long illness. Pre-deceased by her beloved husband, William Falkowski. She is survived by her loving children, Lori Prosser and James Falkowski; 4 grandchildren, Ryan & Christopher Prosser, Rebecca & Caitlin Falkowski and numerous nieces and nephews. Irene was born on a farm in Pennsylvania and married Bill on August 21, 1954. They resided in NY, then moved to Miramar in 1960, where Bill founded LaMar Dry Cleaners. Irene was a great loving mother and grandmother, who loved the Miami Dolphins, fishing, bowling and was active in the St. Bartholomew’s bowling league. Always a quick wit and a sly wink, she was loved by all, and will be sorely missed. Visitation will take place on Thursday, March 20, from 6-9 p.m. with a Tributes of a Lifetime at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be on Friday, March 21, 10:00 a.m. at St. Gregory Catholic Church.
