Jose Claudio Plaza, a loving son, brother and uncle, of Miramar, passed away Thursday, November 3, 2016, at the age of 55. Jose was born on October 27, 1961, in Argentina, to parents, Jose Plaza and Susana Lubniewski. A proud veteran who served is the US Navy for over a year, before becoming a Sleep Therapist in the medical field. Survived by his loving parents, Jose and Susana; sister, Susan Plaza-Ugarte; brothers, Robert Plaza and Gustavo Plaza; and niece, Jasmine Ugarte. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 8, 2016, from 6-9 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, University Drive Chapel. Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, November 9, also at the funeral home. Interment with military honors will follow at South Florida National Cemetery.
