Diaz, Inez V., 84, a resident of Plantation, passed away on November 3, 2013. She was born in Colombia to the late Bernardo Vargas and Rosa Maria Fernandez. Survived by children, Ernesto Martinez, Martha Martinez, Angela Maria Martinez, Alberto Martinez, Patricia Martinez and Rocio Martinez; one brother; 4 sisters; eighteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Gathering was held on Thursday, November 7, from 6-9 p.m. with a Memorial Service at 7:00 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera University Drive Chapel.
