Minnis-Sterling, Leana Emily, 76, a resident of Pembroke Pines, coming from Nassau, Bahamas, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Thursday, March 15, 2018. Pre-deceased by her parents, Neville James Minnis and Doris Agatha Storr. She devoted her entire life to God, her family and ministry. She was a Preacher and a mentor to those who sought her guidance. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Survived by her children, Kim Brownlee and her husband Travis Brownlee,Theresa Rolle-Mounsey  Hazel Knowles, Nathaniel Tucker, Veronica Major Fergason + 6 Children, Shelly Mosely + 5 Children, Patrick Rolle Jr & Jewel + 5 Children, Marjorie Marie + 4 Children, Marvin Rolle + 2 Children, William Clide + 3 Children, Sandra Wilconsin + 4 Children, Lisa Rolle + 2 Children, and Roscoe & Keisha Rolle Sr + 2 children . Also survived by 16 Grandchildren; KeKeshell & Lamont Gray Sr, Kerash & Areathia Cooper, Karlicia & Mathew Key, Kyle-lynn Rolle, Lynden Forbes, Norman & Berlinda Bastian, Krystal & Ivan Franco, Newtori Brain, Lavardo Kelly, and Heather & Leimuel Rolle. Great-grandchildren: Lamont Gray Jr, Starr Gray, Skhi Gray, Kristy Cooper, Kimora Cooper, Kianni Cooper, Javante & Destiny Knowles, Jordan Knowles, Kaleesi Key, Russley McKenzie, Rushae McKenzie, Lemece Rolle, and Astaria Rolle. Visitation will take place on Thursday, March 29, 2018, from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel. Funeral Service will be on Friday, March 30, 3:00 PM also at the funeral home.
