William “Bud” Powell, 64, a loving husband, father and grandfather, of Cooper City, passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2016. He is survived by his beloved wife, Carolyn Powell; son, Matthew Powell; daughter, Ginger Powell; granddaughter, Sadie and sister-in-law, Nora.
