Russell Chuck Stamper, 53, of Hialeah passed away on July 27. Pre deceased by his father Larry, he is survived by his mother Jackie, son Matthew, daughter Danielle, brothers Stephen, David and Richard, sister Laurie and uncle Joe of Vista CA. and nieces and nephews. Russell was a longtime electrician and proud member of IBEW Local 349. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 31, 2015, from 7-9 PM with Tributes of a Lifetime Service at 8:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, University Dr. Chapel. Funeral Service will be Saturday, August 1, 11:00 AM also at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, family suggest donations be made to Catholic Hospice, www.catholichealthservices.org
