Henry Velez, age  86, of Hollywood, passed  away Wednesday, November 28, 2018, at Regents Park of Sunrise.  Henry was born in 1932, in New York City, New York, to the late Justino and Nicolasa (Rodriguez) Velez.  He is survived by his daughters, Lucille Velez Cruz and Lizette Velez; grandchildren; and extended family.
