PENZI, Mark Albert, age 55, a long time BSO employee, passed away November 18, 2018, in Hollywood. Mark is survived by his loving mother, Nancy Penzi; his loving father, Louis M. Penzi, Jr; beloved fiancée, Michelle Delvecchio and her daughter Caitlin (KT) Delvecchio; great-aunt, Delma Trapanese; aunt and uncle, Gabriel & Rose Volante; cousins, Dina Goldberg, Marisa (Matt) Baker, Hunter, Haley, Holly & Heather Goldberg and Kayla, Alex & Sam Baker. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 20th, 6-8 PM with Tribute of a Lifetime Service at 7:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care Hollywood Blvd. Chapel. Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, November 21st, 11:30 AM at St. Lawrence Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Southern Memorial Park.

I knew Mark from my days as a teenager growing up in North Miami Beach. I ran into him again when I was hired by BSO back in 1988. I think he worked for Seminole PD back then. Spoke with him for a bit. I am very saddened to hear of his passing. May God rest his soul.
