Perez, Andy, 81, of Pembroke Pines, passed away on Thursday, April 5, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Ana Perez; daughters, Anna Requena and husband, Juan Jose, Lourdes Perez and partner, Anthony Fernandez & Nancy Perez and husband, Robert; and grandchildren, Angel & Melissa Requena. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 9, 2012, from 4-9 PM with a Prayer Service at 5:00 PM, at Boyd-Panciera University Drive Chapel. Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, April 10, 2012, 10:00 AM, at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Vista Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
