Juan Carlos Diaz, age 59, a long time resident of Miami Gardens, passed away suddenly on Monday, June 24, 2019.

He was born in the beautiful town of Havana, Cuba, to the late Alberto Diaz and Mirta Villar.

Juan had a successful 30 year career as a social worker for the State of Florida.

He will be lovingly remembered by his beloved wife, Pilar M. Diaz; his loving son, Adam John Diaz; nieces, Vanessa Rodriguez, Monica Diaz, and Veronica Diaz; and nephews, Ricardo Rodriguez, III and Albert Diaz.

A gathering of family and friends will take place on Friday, June 28th, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. with a Tribute of a Lifetime Service at 7:00 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, University Drive Chapel.
