Rainey, Albert Keith, 80, of Pembroke Pines, passed away Thursday, February 19, 2015. Al was born in Miami and was a paratrooper in the 11th Airborne. He lived in South Florida his entire life except for years in the Army as a Carpenter and General Building Contractor. He was predeceased by his wife of 37 years, Josephine. Survived by his children Steven Rainey Daphne, Lori R McLaughlin; his grandchildren Britni and Brett; and his surviving siblings Avenelle Hammond, Jacqueline Burkhalter & Julie Farbarik. Visitation will take place on Monday, Feb. 23, from 6-8 PM with a Tributes of a Lifetime Service at 7 PM at Boyd-Panciera, University Dr. Chapel. Graveside Service will be on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 11:45 AM at Our Lady Queen Of Heaven. I’m so sorry to hear about the death of Uncle Al Rainey. My fondest memories of him are taking us kids fishing during our summer vacation, when a visit to Florida was the highlight of our childhood. He was kind and patient with us. Condolences to the rest of his family.
