She is survived by 2 children; Jermaine , Lessa, Shani , 2 brothers, Ernest Francis, Hugh Francis, Winsome, 5 sisters, Pamela Johnson, Bertram, Marie Henderson-Williams, James, Vivenne Francis, Yvonne Paisley, Rodney, Claudette Crowder, and 2 grandchildren.

Flo was a beautiful person with an even more beautiful spirit. She will be truly missed by all. To the family, may God give you strength and peace during this sad time. Shed your tears, but let them be tears of joy because that’s what Flo would want, not tears of sadness. May God be with the family, I love you all very much. I love you Flo, you will be missed but never forgotten.
