Jorge Lopez, a resident of Pembroke Pines, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at the age of 55 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was a native of Miami, Florida but was proud of his cuban heritage. He was one of our children born to the late Miguel Lopez and Angelcira (Delrey) Lopez. Jorge was loved by many, including the many friends he made while working as a locksmith. He will be terribly missed by all who knew him. Pre-deceased by his father and a brother. His memory will always be cherished by his mother Angelcira; his two siblings, Maria Lopez and Eddy Lopez; nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. As an act of love, Jorge had made the decision to donate his body for research and to help others to the Anatomical Board at the University of Miami.
