Cruz, Elva Luz, a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother, of Miami, went home to be with her Lord on the morning of March 8, 2015, under the care of VITAS Healthcare. Elva was born on January 26, 1930, in Cabo Rojo, PR, to the late Felix Pabon and Providencia Tata. She is survived by the love of her life and husband, Sabiniano Cruz; daughter, Tata Chuck Vanslaars; sons, Felix Cruz, Dorian Sonia Cruz, Johnny Cruz; brother, Radames Pabon; sister, Lucy Pabon; 6 loving grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Visitation will take place on Friday, March 13, 2015, from 6-8 p.m. with a Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 1600 North University Drive, Pembroke Pines, FL 33024.
