Fletcher, Dorothy Mae Moore, passed away on January 21, 2007. She was born on May 28, 1926 in Onancock, Va. to John & Merryll Moore. Dorothy had three brothers John, Robert, and Richard all deceased and a sister Virginia. She was married for 48 years to Wade Hampton Fletcher Jr., now deceased. They had one handsome son, Wade H. Fletcher III deceased. Survived by sister: Virginia Lee Pope, and sister-in-love: Jean Fletcher Yeoman. “Dottie” was an active member of New Horizon United Methodist Church. Burial will take place at Old St. Luke’s Cemetery in Smithfield, Virginia at a later date. There will be a Memorial Service held at a later date.
