Richard Kevin Rossiter, age 63 of North Miami Beach passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2020. He was born on Tuesday, June 12, 1956 in Jersey City, New Jersey to the late Eugene and Dorothy Rossiter.
He was preceded in death by his sister: Kathleen Rossiter.
Richard is survived by his son: Richard Kevin (Coleman O’Toole) Rossiter, Jr.; brothers and sister: Eugene (Cathy) Rossiter, Michael Rossiter, Joanne (Steve) Sonnenblick, Timothy Rossiter and James (Roxanne) Rossiter and his dear friend/former spouse: Ellen (Don) Carper.
Memorial Services to be held at a later date.

We met each other and we were both very young, but we just seemed to get along and we had many good times even before our marriage. We had a son who is so wonderful in every way. But hard times came and we went our own ways. And so life went on. But somehow we seemed to find one another even if it was just to leave a comment good or not so good. Later you helped with my homecare as I fell ill and so did your mother Dorothy who I always got along with well. Even though we separated ways awhile back again we talked twice a day on the phone. Something just seemed to keep us talking all these years. I have lost my best friend with your passing away. I am still trying to realize that you have indeed passed away. I have lost someone who cannot be replaced in my life no one else could have the type of friendship that we shared. I wish for you to be happy in your heavenly body now.
