Tolly, Melvin W., 75, of Pembroke Pines passed away Sunday, February 10. He is survived by his wife Mary Tolly, 3 children; Janice Queen, Bill, Tammy Ramirez, Tom, Lisa Keib, Mark, 1 brother, Marvin Tolly, 1 sister, Nell Lennox, and 8 grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be 1:00 PM, Thursday, Feb. 14, at Oasis Church.
