Melahat Marciano, 86, of Hallandale Beach, passed away on Friday, December 29, 2017, under the care of Seasons Hospice in Hollywood. Melahat was born on December 16, 1931, in Turkey, to the late Faik Akman and Sukriye Akman. Survived by her two sons, Erol F. Marciano and John B. Marciano. She is also survived by her dear friend, Rabbi Mark Chibis and Ruth Chibis. As an act of love, Melahat donated her body for medical research to the University of Miami Anatomical Donation Program.
