Inez M. Walcott, age 91 years, resided in Lauderdale Lakes, passed away on Saturday October 6, 2018.  She was born on Sunday July 17, 1927 in Port Of Spain, Trinidad to the Late Romeauld and Eldica Matson.  Her fondly loved siblings included Michael O’Lauglin (deceased) Alfred Chin (deceased) and his wife Elo, Elaine and her husband Denny Williams (both deceased), Cecil Hepburn and his wife Joan Anne (deceased).  She migrated from Trinidad and Tobago in the 70’s and was widely recognized as a master seamstress and professional caregiver.  She will be dearly missed by her sons, Wayne Walcott and his wife Dawn, Keith Walcott, Ian Walcott, Peter Walcott and his wife Lisa and step daughter Mayotte Walcott-Chow.  She will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Charlene, Raymond, Ryan, Michael, Abenaa, Zakiya, Zingha, Leah, Ashley, Jordan, Peter Jr. and great grandchildren Anaya, Austin, Devin, Drayton, Dinali, Taylor, Reyann, Jai, Mekhi and Jerison.  Inez will also be lovingly remembered by her nephews and nieces, Dexter, Lynne Anne and her husband Stephen George, Richard and his wife Lisa, Denny Jnr (Deceased) Lori and her husband Richard Scott, Lisa, Gary (deceased) Damon and Dominique.  She was the loving grand aunt of Lyschelle, Laurence, Gary Jr., Todd, Christian, Cherisse and Melanie, Jared and Campbell.  She was also the great grand aunt of Shyloh, Zara and Nya-Leigh.  A time of visitation will be held for family and friends on Wednesday, October 17th, from 11:00-1:00 PM with a Tribute of a Lifetime Service at 1:00 PM with Fr. Dominick O’Dwyer officiating at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, University Drive Chapel.
