Sylvia O. Lewis, 77, a long time resident of Pembroke Pines, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, November 24, 2015. She was born on July 21, 1938, in Ashland, Kentucky. Preceded in death by her beloved husband and best friend, Ronald D. Lewis. Survived by her sons, Bradley (Sheri) Lewis, Kevin (Haydee) Lewis, Christopher Lewis; and her 5 loving grandchildren.
