I googled Jackie’s name today, and found this obituary. I am saddened to find my friend and former co-worker has passed. I worked with Jackie at Bergstrom AFB, Texas. I was laughing today with my family about children repeating cuss words after their parents. Jackie and I use to laugh so much about Kristina repeating words he use to say at school when she was very little. He said Yuh Jen was so mad at him about the baby repeating his words. I’ll never forget how Jackie was so down to earth. If he didn’t like you, he’d tell you, so there was no pretending with him. We worked together well at Bergstrom and had each other’s back when needed. I only wish I had kept contact with Jackie and been able to communicate more with him and your family. He loved you Yuh Jen, Kristina, and Angela. May God be with you all during this most difficult time.
