Perez Guzman, Rafael, age 69, of Miramar, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, April 21, 2019 at Seasons Hospice. 

He was born on May 15, 1949, in San Jose de las Matas, Dominican Republic. He was the son of the late Julian Perez and Lidia Dolores (Guzman) Perez. 

Rafael will be lovingly remembered by his devoted wife of 39 years, Altagracia Del Carmen Perez; his loving children, Jisel Perez-Quezada and her husband Andre, Amarillo Perez, Kenia Perez and her husband, Argenis, Elvis Perez, Jaelis Perez, and Seanie Ortega; and his dear grandchildren, Jacob, Nuni, Julian, Adrian, Aleah, and AJ. 

The family will receive friends at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel on Tuesday, April 23rd, from 6:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. Tribute of a Lifetime Service will begin at 8:00 p.m. Interment will take place at a later date in Dominican Republic.
