Andrea Diaz, age 82, of Miami, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2019 at Kindred Hospital in Hollywood. 

Born in 1936, in Moca, Dominica Republic, the daughter of the late Emilio Hernandez and Romalina Polanco. 

She met the love of her life, Guillermo, they spend 62 wonderful years together raising their six children. 

Her memory will always be cherished by her husband, Guillermo Diaz; her children, Xiomara (Hector) Galindo, Guillermo Diaz, Elizabeth (Raymond) Maldonado, David Diaz, Rafael Diaz, and Henry (Maria) Diaz. She will also be remembered by her 8 loving grandchildren. 

Visitation will take place on Friday, March 8th, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. with Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel. Interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Gardens Cemetery (north).
