Wilke, Dorothy Rose, 69, of Hallandale, passed away on Monday, October 31, 2011. She is survived by her husband, Walter Cowherd; sons, Randy McCoy and Darryl McCoy, and Cory McCoy; daughter, Lielani McCoy; and 9 grandchildren.
