Norma P. O’Steen, 88, a long time resident of Pembroke Pines, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, June 5, 2016. Norma was born on March 15, 1928, in New York City, New York, to the late Rafael Place and Aida M. Segurga. Even though Norman was born in NY, she never denied her Puertorican roots. She was a bookkeeper by trade, working in the financial industry. Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 40 years, Jerome F. O’Steen. She is survived by her loving children, June Frances Rodriguez, William Robert Gonzalez and Magdalena M. Bevilacqua. Arrangements entrusted to Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care.
