Davis, Wayne Frederick, 63, a beloved husband, father and grandfather, long time resident of Hollywood passed away peacefully at home with his family at his side on Thursday, April 26, 2018, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on April 5, 1955, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to the late Raymond Davis and Lois (Drum) Davis. Wayne graduated from Cooper City High School in 1973. He enjoyed spending time with family, saltwater fishing, Nascar racing, radio controlled boats, cars and helicopters. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Wayne is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Beverly (Miranda) Davis; his daughter, Nicole Marie Mason and her husband Andrew Robert Mason; granddaughter, Emma Grace Mason; brothers, Richard Cerny and his wife Sherry, David Cerny and his wife Annette; sister, Linda Boggess and her husband Shelby; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Miranda and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides his parents, Wayne is pre-deceased by his father-in-law, Angelo Miranda, mother-in-law, Dolores Miranda and brother-in-law, Danny Miranda. The family will receive friends at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, University Drive Chapel on Sunday, May 6, 2018, from 12:00 – 3:00 PM. Tribute of a Lifetime Service will begin at 3:00 PM. I was so sorry to hear of Wayne’s passing and I admire the courageous battle he fought. I know he fought hard because of the love of his family. My thoughts and heartfelt prayers go out to Beverly, Nicole, and family. You were always full of life and excitement, especially for fishing.
