BROWARD — Karen L. Ritchie, a long-time resident of Coral Springs, Florida, died Monday, November 26, 2018 at Coral Springs Medical Center.

Born in 1944 in Staten Island, New York, the daughter of Carl Loy and Beatrice Curren.

Karen was a Job Placement Specialist for an employment recruiter where she worked until her retirement. She loved good food,  socializing, and enjoyed time together with her family. Her wonderful smile could light up a room!

She is survived by her beloved husband, William Ritchie; and two daughters; Kimberly Ritchie and Laura Winterick.

Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel, has been entrusted with arrangements.
