Todd, Percival R., 82, of Miramar, Fl. passed away Sunday, September 26. Mr. Todd served the Jamaican Government for over 55 years, 20 of those years as the Jamaican Deputy Consulate General to the United States. He is survived by his wife Sybil Samuels Todd; sons, Richard and Phillip Todd; daughters, Elizabeth Dawkins, Patricia Goldsmith and Melanie Davis; 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; Also survived by brother, Albert Todd; sisters, Flona Todd, Flavia Dickson and Gwen Simmonds. Visitation 6-9 PM, Friday at Boyd’s University Dr. Chapel. Funeral Services 10:00 AM, Saturday at the Charismatic Episcopal Church of the Resurrection, 6701 SW 25 St., Miramar. Interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Gardens.
