Dear Mrs. Hardesty and family: I was a friend and fraternity brother of John’s at Transy and although I hadn’t seen or talked to him in several years, I was very shocked and saddened to hear of his untimely passing. I’ll always remember John as one of the funniest people I’ve ever met. He could always make us laugh. I’ve spoken with several former Transy classmates of John’s since his death. Please know that you are in the thoughts and prayers of the many who were fortunate enough to know him at Transy.

John was one of the first individuals that I met during Transy’s orientation. We hit it off immediately. I knew him throughout those four years at Transy and he was always kind-hearted. He would give you the shirt off his back. He will always be known for his hilarious sense of humor and bubbling personality. He will be missed by many people.
