Lakosky, Chad Michael, 31, of Davie passed away Sunday, December 14, 2003 He is survived by his parents Fred & Julia Lakosky; brother, Cass Lakosky; sister, Julie A. Lakosky; grandmother, Marian Smith; girlfriend, Suzy Stanton; aunt, Mary Huey; uncle C.J. Smith and his wife Barbara; uncle, Richard Schoppaul; the Harry Smith family. Chad has many special friends which include the Jamie Hickson and Bob Regan Families, and of course, Dozer. We are given many precious gifts as we go through life. Some we are allowed to enjoy for a long time-others only briefly. But each gift has the power to change and enrich us to make us better human beings. Chad has left behind a special love with his family and his friends-a love that lasts forever. Friends may visit from 11:30 – 1:00 PM, Thursday at Boyd’s University Dr. Chapel. Funeral Services and a Video Tribute will be 1:00 PM, Thursday at the funeral home.
