Burke, Brian Gerard, 7, of Weston passed away Tuesday, October 30. He is survived by his parents Jennifer and Charles Gordon Burke Jr.; sister, Brenda; brother Jerry; grandparents, Janie and Charles G. Burke Sr. and Vicky and Bud Johnson. Brian is also survived by his uncle Jerry Johnson and Aunt Tina Klassen. Friends may visit from 6-9 PM, Friday at Boyd’s University Dr. Chapel. There will be a Prayer Service Friday evening at the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be 9:30 AM, Saturday, Nov. 3, 2007 at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn South. A loving child who loved life and baseball. A treasured gift to all who knew him.

We all wish we could be with you right now. I wish that we didn’t live so far away. Brian was a little sweetheart & he was so cute. I am glad that you choose a shrek shirt & no shoes for him to wear. I think that it is important to be comfortable & now he surely will be.

Brian was so loved by everyone at the YMCA. I’ll never forget the first day Jennifer and Brian came into the Y. He’ll always be our special little mascot.
