Garner, Roy W., 54, of Hollywood passed away Friday, February 15. Roy W. Garner was born in Sherwood, Tennessee on February 7, 1954, to Andy and Lucille Garner. Roy owned and operated his own heavy equipment company in South Florida. He enjoyed family gatherings, camping and fishing with family and friends. Roy enjoyed down home cooking, especially Pinto Beans, Home Fried Potatoes and Corn Bread and his sister, Peggy’s Chicken and Dumplings. Roy is survived by his son; Zachary W. Garner, stepdaughter; Crystal A. Covington and her husband Mark, grandchildren; William and Kaylee Covington, siblings; Peggy Wilson, William Garner, Ernest Garner, Andy Garner, LB Garner, Diane Horn, and Wanda Malckar. Roy had a special relationship and bond with his loving family and siblings . He was loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed.
