Roberta and family, We have truly lost a great Realtor warrior. Chuck was one of the kindest men I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He always had a kind word, a quick smile or just a friendly hello. We share in your pain, Roberta. May God hold you and your family in the palm of His hand. We will continue to pray for your strength in spirit. With loving thoughts and hugs, Marilue Maris. A fellow Realtor in Freeport Florida

Dearest Roberta and Family,
I am at a loss for words but my heart is full of love for each of you. I pray that you will be lifted up in the sad times and rejoice as you remember all the good times that you have shared with Chuck. He was a very special person……and you, Roberta, have been so strong and supportive. I shall never forget your speaking to the FAR Nominating Committee on his behalf, as you knew his abilities and qualities better than anyone else could ever know and were willing to share them from your heart. What a tribute from a spouse!
You are loved by many~ Know that you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. I’ll look forward to visiting with you at some time in the future.
Much love,

Roberta and all of Chuck’s family,
I have known Chuck from our days in the same grade at St. Anthonys. I considered Chuck a good friend then and that has not changed over the years – even though I did not see him often. The last time was at our 8th grade reunion. One thing about our class – there is a strong bond among all of us so we all grieve with you. You all know of his accomplishments which will always provide warm memories in your hearts. I would like to express my sincerest sympathies to your family. I will keep Chuck in my prayers.

Dear Roberta & Family,
Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of your dear husband. I am so sorry about your loss.
Although I met Chuck through the real estate family, I know how much he meant to you and your family and to all of us, as just a husband, father, grandfather and a friend. Through your stories of his frugality, his love of family, and his loving support of you, I feel as though I knew him more than ever. I know he was a fine man and that his absence will be felt by many people. I was honored this year by his inaugural FAR Leadership Academy and felt very close to him, besides he showed us all that he lived by example by Standing Strong. He will be really missed.
When my father died, it gave me a good feeling to talk with people about him. I would enjoy hearing more about Chuck and his life if you would like to share memories when we get together. In the meantime, I will be thinking of you and your family. Please extend this message to all in your family,
With deep sympathy,
Francisco Angulo

Although it’s been a few years since I last saw Chuck, I remember him as a well-respected businessman with great leadership qualities but, more importantly, as a wonderful family man. As an extended member of Chucks “REALTOR” family ,he was the beacon of leadership and an inspiration to all who had the opportunity to be a part of his life.
It was a honor to be a part of President Chuck’s first “Leadership Academy” at the Florida Association of Realtors…it was Chucks vision and now legacy that inspired me and others to reach higher, dream bigger and help others.
He will truly be missed !

Roberta & family,
We are blessed to have known Chuck for over 30 years, both as a personal friend and as a professional business partner.
Throughout those years, we witnessed his integrity, perseverance, fairness, loyalty and sense of humor. We came to love him for his strength of character. That is why he set high goals for himself and didn’t quit until he reached them!
As much as he loved his work, his family was always his number one priority! Roberta, you are the love of his life…his soul-mate! At home, in the office and around FAR, he needed you there as his first lady.
We all will have to recall the happy memories and keep them close to our hearts….until we’re reunited in Paradise. You will have to rely on your strong faith to bring you peace through these next days and weeks and months.
We are just a phone call away, if there is any need we can fill for you.
Our Love & Sympathy,
Marti & Mike

Chuck was an outstanding person and a pleasure to be with anytime. His legacy was in full view with all the relatives, friends and associates that showed up for his funeral. Dear Roberta and family,
As I am sending this message to you, I am thinking about all the wonderful times and memories I have of Chuck. I smile as I think about a photo I have of him back in 1985 with his curly hair and mustache – we all certainly change over the years! Chuck’s heart and passion never changed, though, and that is what I will always remember and celebrate. He loved the REALTOR family, second only to each of you. He was constantly encouraging members to step up and participate, to get involved, and to make a difference in the communities where they lived and worked – and he practiced what he preached.
We were all blessed to know Chuck and it was an honor to be his friend. I am confident he is smiling down on us now, still trying to guide us to do the right thing. I will miss him, but his memory will always be with me. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
