I knew Zoe through an extension of an online gaming board. My sincerest condolences and prayers go to her family. She will be missed in these parts of the world.

I am so sorry to hear of Joanne’s passing. I only knew her from on line games and a related message board but she was always a kind and fun sole talk to. I pray for her and her loved ones.

I’m another one who knew Zoe from a message forum. I’m saddened to hear the news, and my condolences go out to Zoe’s loved ones, especially her daughter.

I will definitely miss her quick wit. My first encounter with Zoe was on an old gaming forum where I pretended to “steal her chocolate,” and her response to my post almost made me choke and squirt milk through my nose. From then on I always enjoyed seeing her on the forums.

I was one of Zoe’s many online friends. I knew her as Miami on a crazy message board that spun off of an Everquest site called “Flamevault”.

She was a unique voice in our twisted little corner of the internet. Always funny, creative and lovingly sarcastic. As one of the few females in a mostly male environment she more than held her own.

While I never met her in person, she was someone whom I always looked forward to encountering online and always considered a friend.

May she rest in peace…

I heard she beat her kid up pretty badly.

I will never forgive Joanne for using our unborn son as a weapon against me. I can never forgive any person for breaking the news that she had just gone to an abortion clinic over a text message, and definitely not someone so spiteful that for months after, would harass me with pictures of aborted babies from the pro-lifers. I hope that Mephistopheles is ready for you, Joanne, because God only knows that the world had enough of you for your time here.

For those that use this message board for personal vengeance, your message is thoughtless, tactless and disgraceful and disrespectful to the entire Palmieri Family. Joanne was well loved and well respected, only cowards use memory books for personal problems.

Having just learned the details of Zoe’s passing, I am again struck to the core. No one was less deserving of pain, let alone passing from us.

My apologies for the I am unable to think of a word to describe them from Flamevault who were so reprehensible here. I wish I could trade their lives for hers and talk to Miami one more time.
