Jones, Orva Earle, 77, of Davie passed away Friday, January 1. He is survived by 2 children; Laverne Jones, Kelle Jones, and 1 grandchild.

My brothers and I share many memories of our Dad, Earle. Although our parents were divorced our Dad remained fully in our lives through the good the bad and the ugly. One of Dad’s biggest joys was when his first grandchild was born-Amanda Brooke Smith, he could not get enough of her, visiting every weekend possible. Then came his first grandson- Casey Patrick Smith. With time came two more grandsons, Brian Farley Jones Jr and Joshua Matthew Jones. Life was good. Daddy will be greatly missed by his four children, Brian and Chris Jones of Hollywood, FL, Glenn Jones of Tallahassee, Fl and myself, Debbie Jones-Smith and my husband Bob also of Tallahassee, Fl. Also left to share in Earle’s memories is a much loved and trusted niece, Sharon Jones. Daddy was preceded in death by his “older” brother , his best firend and mentor George Jones.

My Dad had 4 children with my Mom Carole,not 2 as was written by my DERRANGED,sis n law.All the Jones” on my Dad’s side are sick and should maybe invest in some rope,the kind used 4 little pony.s.
