Burgs, Deborah Mae, 62, of Davie passed away Tuesday, April 20. She is survived by her husband Thomas Burgs, 2 children; Thomas Burgs Jr, Lisa, Chad Burgs, 1 brother, 1 sister, Barbara Houle, Bernard, and 4 grandchildren. Friends may visit from 5 – 7 PM, with a funeral service at 7:00 PM Friday at Boyd-Panciera University Dr. Chapel.

I am so sorry to hear that Debbie lost her gallant fight to conquer cancer. I hope you are comforted knowing she touched so many individuals in a positive way, always rising to the challenges before her. I am honored to have met Debbie. I hope I can live my life with as much strength and conviction of mind and heart. May you be comforted at this difficult time knowing she would want you not to cry, but to continue carry on her fight to cure cancer.

Tom Sr., Tom Jr., Chad, Bruce, Barbara, Carolyn & families;
May the Lord comfort each of you during this difficult time. Words are so inadequate with the loss of a loved one, but our very deepest sympathy is extended to each of you. Debbie fought a very brave battle and she was blessed to have each of you at her side. You provided wonderful care during her illness. In her honor, continue Debbie’s fight to find a cure for cancer.
Debbie loved each of you with her entire being. May you each find comfort in knowing that Heaven shines brighter now that your “guardian angel” is watching over you. Treasure the special memories that you each hold in your heart; these can never be taken from you.
