Kroll, Claire, 83, of Pembroke Pines, passed away on May 2, 2010. Claire lived a full and rich life and was loved by her entire family. She grew up on the Lower East Side of New York. She is the daughter of David and Julia Balaran, one of six children. Claire married Jack Kroll in 1954 and moved to the Bronx before settling in Pembroke Pines. Claire always loved children and was a dedicated Early and Special Education Teacher most of her career. Claire enjoyed swimming, movies, theater and reading. She leaves behind her husband of 56 years, Jack Kroll, two sons Larry Kroll Margot of Roswell, GA, David Kroll Cathy of Canton, GA, five grandchildren, two sisters and one brother. Claire will be deeply missed by all she touched. Family suggests donations be made to City of Hope.
