Dezolt, Andrew “Andy” John, 79, of Hollywood, died Tuesday, October 5, 2010. Born December 25, 1930 in Torrington, CT to Louis & Rose DiBernardi Dezolt, he served in US Army during Korean War as Morse Code operator & moved to Ft. Lauderdale mid-1950’s. 25+ year member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union #32 and VFW member. An avid bowler, he once bowled a “300 Game” at Manor Lanes. Survived by children: Linda Jonynas Algis of Lisle, IL, Michael Dezolt of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Marie Charkosky Kevin of Sevierville, TN; sister, Mary Bucaccio Felix of Torrington, CT; and grandchildren Shane, Alex, Sarah, and Nicholas. Preceded in death by his parents & sister, Julia Mogob Arthur. Visitation: Monday, October 11th from 10-11 AM & Funeral Service: 10:30AM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 6400 Hollywood Blvd. in Hollywood, 954-983-6400. Interment to follow at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth.
