Calvo, Joseph M. III, 57, of Coconut Creek, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2011. Pre-deceased in death by sister, Laura Calvo. He is survived by his loving wife, Louise A. Calvo; father, Joseph Calvo, Jr.; sons, Vincent Bonnie Parise, Gary Andrea Parise, and Joseph Brunilda Calvo IV; daughter, Danielle Paul Hamel; brother, Frank Camille Calvo; sister, Maria Calvo, and 8 grandchildren.

Joey ~ I’m so sorry to have heard of your passing. It was a shock to me as well as others from the old Staten Island ” hanging out ” days of the early 70’s on Bement and Castleton. I used to love to laugh with you, and often we did ,wheter it was playing guitars together, driving around listening to 8-tracks or setting up for ‘ Bingo ” up at Sacred Heart. I truly don’t recall you having a mean bone in your body, and you were a LOT of fun. Rest in Peace and looking forward to meeting up with again when my time is up.
