Tribble, William R. “Bill”, 69, lost his battle with health issues on 8-10-11.
he was born in Miami, grew up in Lake Forest as a child, and lived in Hollywood his entire life. Bill had his own concrete finishing business with his brother Jim for over 40 years before retiring. He finished numerous concrete landmarks throughout South Florida and even the concrete floor at the Rupp arena for the Kentucky Wildcats basketball team in Lexington Kentucky. Predeceased by his parents; Claude and Alice and a brother Leonard who was a killed in the line of duty as a West Miami police officer in 1958. He is survived by 3 living siblings; Carol, Jim and Barbara. Also survived by 3 sons; Leonard, Bill and wife Helen, Bob and wife Carrie, 3 grand children; William, Kayla and Dylan. I haven’t seen “Billy” since we were teenagers. We both lived in Lake Forest. I’m 67 now, and every now & again through the years I think of him and remember how he taught me how to drive a stick shift car in this old jalopy of his that was probably 20 years old at the time. I was sorry to read of his passing..much too young. My condolences to your family.
