Tambaschi, Nicholas Anthony, Jr., 66, of Davie, passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2011. He is survived by his children, Ben Tambaschi, Amy John Dixon, Jared Tambaschi, and Emily Tambaschi; brothers, Kenneth Tambaschi and Raymond Diane Tambaschi; sisters, Ann Tambaschi, Debra Tambashi, and Gail Robert Tambaschi; and former spouse, Diane Tambaschi. Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, October 30, 2011, 2:30 PM, at Calvary Chapel Plantation, 11801 West Broward Blvd., Plantation.
