Byrd, Clara Mae, 80, of Pembroke Pines, passed away on Monday, January 2, 2012. She is survived by her son, Gary Byrd; grandchildren, Kelli Byrd, Jennifer Byrd, and Ashley Byrd; and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 9, 2012, 11:00 AM, at Boyd-Panciera University Drive Chapel. Interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

We are going to miss Mrs.Byrd.I loved to talk to her at the races.She would tell me her life story when she meet your dad.I love to hear about the happy times.She always said Gary took great care of her and that she loved him.May she R.I.P.With all our love the Aldrich family.

My sister Joanne and I send our deepest condolences to the family.I remember When Clara and Tom would come up to Georgia we would all meet at the park in Douglasville and have a family reunion.I know that Clara was a good wife to Tom and she will be missed.

Your mom was also my aunt, she will be greatly missed. Even though we are miles apart from each other we always had the family in our thoughts. She was a wonderful lady.
