Lafontant, Raymond Felix, 84, of Cooper City, passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Edith Lafontant; sons, Gilbert Rachel Lafontant & son, Reginald Myriam Lafontant; brothers, Edouard Lafontant & Frantz Lafontant; sister, Simone Monette Rouzier; and grandchildren, Dereck, Jennifer, Alec, Kyle & Dana. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 19, 2012, from 6-8 PM with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM, at Boyd-Panciera Hollywood Boulevard Chapel. Funeral Mass will be on Monday, February 20, 2012, 10:00 AM, at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church.

Papa Raymond, you are one of the kindest, intelligent, compassionate, and wonderful human beings I have ever come across in my life.
