Carter, Sandra Lee, 51, of Pembroke Pines, passed away on Friday, May 4, 2012. She is survived by her children, Rachel Carter, Michelle Carter & Sean Carter; father, Bernard Phillipson; and her significant other, Russell Stephenson. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 13, 2012, from 12-2 PM with a Tributes of a Lifetime Service at 1:00 PM, at Boyd-Panciera Hollywood Boulevard Chapel.

To Mr. Phillipson, Rachel, Sean, Michelle and Russ,
We were very sad to hear of Sandy’s sudden demise.
Sandy was a very energetic, kind, friendly, funny soul. We enjoyed her company very much, she always had us laughing.
