DeLay, David Dean, 72, of Hallandale, passed away on May 19, 2012. He is survived by her sister, Nancy DeLay.

I am still sad. Met you as a Beltmaker and still have some of them. These belts are now 25 years old and they are still the best I have.
Sorry that I did not manage to visit you in Florida this year.
