Lentz, Mary E., 84, of Hollywood, passed away on Thursday, May 31, 2012. She is survived by her loving husband, John H. Lentz; son, John Henry Lentz, Jr. and his wife, Debbie; daughter, Donna Fisher and her husband, Jack; brother, Anthony Joseph Notarianni; sister, Carol Fasulo; 5 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. Gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday, June 3, 2012, from 1-2 PM with a Memorial Service at 2:00 PM, at Boyd-Panciera Hollywood Boulevard Chapel.
