Menscher, Rita A., 69, of Miami Shores, passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2012. Rita was born in Dominican Republic to parents, Aquilino Ricardo and Argentina Garcia Ricardo. Rita is survived by her sons, Howard Jodi Koffler and Patrick Sharri Koffler; sister, Angela Ricardo Martinez and her husband, Angel; and brother, Joaquin Ricardo. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Wednesday, September 19, 2012, from 6-8 p.m. with a Memorial Service at 7:00 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Douglas Road Chapel.
