Deturo, Madeline E., 90, of Miami, passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2012. Preceded in death by her parents, Roscoe Foster and Almo Day and her daughter, Sherry Hipkins. Madeline is survived by her brothers, David and Brandon Foster; grandchildren, Janet Cooper and James Randolph Hipkins; and son-in-law, James Hipkins.
