Lanzetta Slaight, Barbara Ann, 75, of Hollywood, passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2012. Preceded in death by her parents, John S. Lanzetta and Tena R. Rubicco. Survived by daughter, Linda S. Whitehead; son, John A. Lanzetta and his wife, Jean; and grandsons, Jeremy John Whitehead and Justin Ryan Whitehead. The funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 17, 2012, 2:00 p.m. at Nativity catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery.

Barbara was an old friend of mine that I kept in contact with for many years, since she moved to Florida. She will be missed and my sympathy goes out to her family. May she rest in peace.

We were great friends and I love those sleepovers we had at your house. Your Mom was great.
