Giunta, Adolph Al A., 81, of Pembroke Pines passed away Friday, February 1, 2013. He relocated his family from New York in 1965 to continue his employment with Johnson and Johnson. Al was employed with Memorial Hospital where he retired after many years of service. After retiring he volunteered for St. Edwards Church and the Silver Lakes Homeowners Association. He is survived by his children, Louis Giunta, Terese Ventura Jerry, Christine Gardner John, & Nicole Rofrano Christian; & grandchildren Daniel, Andrew, Matthew, Christopher, Kayla, Grayson, Isabella, Teresa, Antonio, Tessa & Gianna. Including his niece and nephew; Elyse Vannucchi and Christopher Speciale; and great nephew, Christopher Vannucchi. Al was predeceased by his loving wife, Gina, and his sister, Barbara Speciale. Friends may visit from 2-4 & 6-8 PM, Tuesday, Feb. 5, at Boyd-Panciera Hollywood Blvd. Chapel. There will be a Prayer Service 7:00 PM, Tuesday at the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be 11:00 AM, Wednesday, Feb. 6, at St. Edwards Catholic Church, 19000 Pines Blvd., Pembroke Pines. Interment will follow at Our Lady Queen of Heaven. Family suggests donations be made to Vitas Memorial Pembroke 7800 Sheridan St. and The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, Grand Central Station PO Box 4777, NY NY 10163
